Tioga County Valley Youth Initiative 2015: The Northern Tioga Summer Feeding Program; a partnership between school administrators and area churches, with the Tioga County Partnership's Fit for Life Staff teamed up to offer kids a great place to be this summer where they learn healthy habits, do educational activities, and gain social interactions so important to healthy youth development.
